The salt cabin promotes relaxation, clears the respiratory tract and boosts immunity thanks to the presence of minerals and trace elements in the air. The sauna accelerates sweating, stimulates blood circulation and reduces muscle stiffness in a hot, dry environment that can vary from 70°C to 100°C. The outdoor whirlpool bath relaxes muscles and releases muscular tension in heated bubbling water.
