2 or 3 times a week, apply a few drops of serum or facial oil to clean skin to help the Gua Sha glide on. Repeat each step 3 to 5 times.
1. To begin the drainage, activate the supra-clavicular lymph nodes by applying 11 finger pressures.
2. Slide the wide curved part of the Gua Sha from the area under the earlobes to the collarbones on each side. Then from the bottom to the top of the neck.
3. Starting from the centre of the chin, smooth down to the ears using the hollow part.
4. Place the accessory on the wide, rounded side at the corner of your lips, then slide it down to the lobes. Do the same, using the hollow part, from the nostrils to the ears, passing over the cheekbones.
5. For the eye contour area, gently move from the inner corner of the eye to the temple with the tip of the Gua sha. Then go along the top of your eyebrows from the inside to the outside using the hollow part.
6. Using the curved part, massage the forehead from the top of the nose to the top of the skull, then from the centre to the temples.
7. In addition, work on each wrinkle by smoothing and then zigzagging the tip of the Gua Sha.
8. Care: After each use, clean the Gua Sha with a mild soap and dry with a clean, dry cloth.
