The dry hot-water bottle provides an immediate sensation of comfort. The delicate heat it releases relaxes and relieves muscles and joints. Placed in the fridge, its anti-inflammatory action reduces the formation of oedema and haematomas. Made in Charente. 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. Filled with organically grown chickpeas from the Charente region.

Hot use
Remove the hot-water bottle from its cover and heat just the pad in a conventional oven at 100°C for a maximum of 5 minutes, or in a microwave at 800W for 45 to 60 seconds with a small glass of water. Enjoy its relaxing effect on an area of tension or contracture.
Cold use
Place the pad in the fridge or freezer to make a cold anti-inflammatory compress, ideal for light bruising.
Care instructions
Only the cover of the hot water bottle is washable. To protect its quality and ensure it lasts as long as possible, wash it at 30°C maximum. Clean the surface of the pad with a damp cloth.
